Refund rates vary by systеm and currency type.
To return cryptocurrency, the commission is 3.5% + exchange withdrawal fee, return period is up to 1 day, or 1.5% if it is a stablecoin.
To return Perfect Money, the commission is 0.5%, the return period is up to 1 day.
To return Advanced Cash, the commission is 1%, the return period is up to 1 day.
For Payeer returns the commission is 0.5%, the return period is up to 1 day.
The service is not responsible for delays in payments from banking organizations and payment systems.
The client must be familiar with our refund policy and agree to its terms when applying for an exchange.
