Our refund policy includes the following conditions:
  • Refunds can only be issued if the request status is not “Completed”.
  • Statuses “Paid”, “Under Review”, “Auto-Payout Error” allow refunds to the client under certain conditions.
  • Refund requests must be sent from the email address used to create the request.

If the refund is caused by the client's inability to perform the exchange, all costs are borne by the client (payment system and gateway fees). In case of technical failure or force majeure, fees may be revised in favor of the client.
Refund fees depend on the system and currency type:
  • Cryptocurrency: 3.5% + exchange withdrawal fee, refund within 1 day, or 1.5% for stablecoins.
  • Perfect Money: 0.5%, refund within 1 day.
  • Advanced Cash: 1%, refund within 1 day.
  • Payeer: 0.5%, refund within 1 day.
The service is not responsible for delays from banks or payment systems. Clients must be familiar with the refund policy and agree to its terms when creating a request.
