Cash Withdrawal Process
The cash withdrawal process includes several steps described below.
1. Create and Pay for Request
First, create a withdrawal request, making sure to provide your Telegram ID. If you have any questions about the transaction or exchange, you can contact our chat support.2. Fund Transfer, Rate Fixing and Recalculation
Once funds are received in our wallet, the rate is automatically fixed and the request is recalculated taking all fees into account.3. Contact with Manager

4. Cash Collection

Rate Fixing: The exchange rate is fixed upon receipt of funds. For cryptocurrencies — after receiving the required network confirmations (up to 2 minutes lag and current exchange rate). The rate at request creation is for reference only.
Minimum Amount & Fees: Minimum equivalent — from 10,000 USD, may vary by city. All main fees are included. If the amount is below the minimum — additional fee may apply.
Cash Receipt Time: Depending on the city, cash is issued within 24 hours (if request status is “paid”), in rare cases — up to 72 hours.
Geography of Issuance: Active cities are listed in the request form. If your city is not listed — contact us in chat.
Blue USD Notes: Additional fee from 0.5% to 1%. Confirm availability with operator.
EUR Notes: Default rate applies to mixed denominations. For specific denominations, confirm with operator. Additional fee may apply.
Courier Delivery: Cash issuance via courier using a token: client sends a photo of the banknote, courier verifies and delivers cash without recount. Contact us via Telegram if needed.
Exchange Office/Outlet: Cash issued in person — banknotes counted on machine, verify amount and replace unsuitable notes. Questions — Telegram.
Crypto AML Check: All incoming cryptocurrency transactions are checked via AML-bot.
