Cash issuance procedure

The cash withdrawal process consists of several steps:

• Creating and paying for the request.
  First, you need to create an exchange request, making sure to include your Telegram ID. If you have any questions regarding the exchange or the transaction process, feel free to contact us via chat.

• Funds transfer, rate fixation, and recalculation.
  Once the funds are credited to our wallet, the exchange rate is automatically locked in, and your request is recalculated. All fees are already included in the total amount at the time of submission.

• Manager contact via Telegram.
  After the payment is made, our manager will reach out to you in Telegram to confirm the details — including the unique code and the location or method of cash delivery. Depending on your city, you’ll either collect the cash from an office, a currency exchange point, or receive it via courier.

• Cash pickup.
  You’ll go to the designated location (even for courier delivery) to receive your cash. No documents or ID are required — just the unique code provided by our manager.

  Exchange Rules

• Exchange Rate Fixation
  The exchange rate is fixed at the moment funds are credited.
  For cryptocurrencies, the rate is locked after the required number of network confirmations (with up to a 2-minute delay based on the exchange rate).
  The rate shown when creating a request is for reference only, as cryptocurrency is highly volatile.

• Minimum Exchange Amount and Fees
  The minimum exchange amount is equivalent to $10,000, but this may vary by city. Please contact us via chat for clarification.
  All standard fees are included in the rate during request creation.
  An additional fee may apply if your exchange amount is below the minimum.

• Cash Delivery Time
  Once your payment is received, the request is passed to our specialist, who will contact you to confirm the details.
  Depending on the city, cash is usually delivered within 24 hours (when the request is marked as “paid”). In rare cases, it may take up to 72 hours.

• Cash Pickup Locations
  All available cities are listed when creating a request.
  If you don’t see your city, contact us via chat — delivery might still be possible with an adjusted rate due to low demand.

• "Blue" USD Notes
  For blue-seal USD bills, an extra fee of 0.5% to 1% applies.
  Check with our operator about availability and the exact percentage before proceeding.

• EUR Specific Denominations
  By default, the exchange rate is for mixed EUR notes.
  If you need specific denominations (e.g., 50 or 100 EUR), ask our operator — additional fees may apply.

• Courier Delivery
  Cash delivery via courier uses a token system — you send a photo of a banknote, which the courier matches during delivery.
  The handoff usually occurs in or near a vehicle — the courier won’t wait while you count the cash.

• Office/Exchange Pickup
  Cash is counted in front of the client using a money counter.
  You can quickly check the amount and request a bill replacement if needed (as long as it doesn’t take too long).
