The rate will be finally fixed when we receive the required number of 10 confirmations of the XMR transaction. Fixation is made depending on the rate deviation in the exchange order proportionally.

This operation is performed in semi-automatic mode and takes up to 4 hours during the operator's working hours

Our exchange office does not send money to banks of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus

Term of crediting: Usually, 97% of withdrawal payments are processed instantly, but sometimes applications can be processed up to 30-60 minutes. Withdrawal to some banks can take up to 72 hours. Sometimes withdrawal for one application occurs in several transactions.
