The rate will be finally fixed when we receive the required number of 10 confirmations of the XMR transaction. Fixation is made depending on the rate deviation in the exchange order proportionally.

This operation is performed in a semi-automatic mode and takes up to 2 hours during the operator’s working hours. 

Deposit period: Typically, 97% of withdrawal payments are processed instantly, but sometimes applications can be processed up to 30-60 minutes. Withdrawals to some banks may take up to 72 hours. Sometimes a withdrawal for one application occurs in several transactions.
